What kinds of workflows can you build?
I can build systems for client onboarding, project delivery, content production, leads, suppliers, hiring, SOPs, requests and other recurring operations. Each package covers one clearly defined process or business area.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Basic controls one recurring process. Standard manages one workflow from request to completion. Premium connects related records, tasks, deadlines and decisions inside one operational command center.
Is this a custom system or a premade template?
Your system is designed around how your work actually moves. I may use proven structural methods, but I will not simply place your name on an unrelated generic template.
What information do you need from me?
I need your objective, current process, pain points, users, desired outcome and any relevant examples. You will receive a structured questionnaire after ordering.
Are automations included?
Useful Notion formulas, buttons and database logic may be included within the agreed scope. External Make, Zapier or third-party automation implementation requires a separate custom offer. Automation planning is available as an extra.
Will you import my existing information?
Sample records are included to demonstrate the workflow. Importing, cleaning or reorganizing existing business data is available as an extra and depends on the amount and condition of the data.
Do you provide training?
Every system includes clear handoff instructions. The Onboarding and Training service adds a 45-minute live walkthrough and Q&A using your completed workspace.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects or refines something within the agreed system. New databases, additional workflows, major restructuring or a different business process are scope additions and require an extra or custom offer.
Do I need a paid Notion account?
Not always. I will design around your current Notion plan where possible and identify any requested feature that requires a paid plan before building.
Can you build a complete CEO or company operating system?
Yes. Multi-department, multi-business and company-wide operating systems require discovery and a custom offer because they extend beyond the fixed Gig packages.
