Hi! I'm Antonella Pintado, a qualified architect with 8+ years of experience in Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, and the US.
This gig offers two services:
Basic Package: 5 Parametric Mid-Century Revit Families (Revit 2016). Only here are Revit files delivered.
Standard/Premium Packages: High-quality 3D architectural renderings (not design work). You must provide accurate drawings (DWG or PDF), dimensions, and all style/material info.
Prices apply to single-family houses or simple-to-moderate projects. Delivery time may vary.
Modeling included from your files; for undefined projects or design input, check my concept gig.
If providing a Revit model for rendering, it must be 2016 or earlier with materials assigned. Otherwise, I model from your drawings.
DWG source files available as extra. No Revit or Lumion files shared, except families in Basic Package, (upon acceptance).

Do you design the project or offer design options?
No. This gig is for rendering only. All design decisions must be completed before I start. If you need concept design, check my other gigs.
Can I send sketches or references instead of proper drawings?
No. You must provide accurate DWG or PDF files with all measurements, materials, and design information — unless you’ve done a concept gig with me previously.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes — minor revisions like material tweaks or entourage edits as an extra. Layout or modeling changes require a new order.
Will I receive editable 3D files?
If you select the source file extra, I will provide a 3D DWG export. I do not share Revit or Lumion files.
Can you work on multi-family or complex buildings?
Possibly — please message me first. Prices may vary based on complexity, not just size.
What does “one-time delivery of files only” mean in the Basic Package?
When you order the 5 Revit Families, I will first provide a preview image for approval. Once accepted, the Revit families are delivered in their final form. No revisions or modifications are included after delivery. If you want custom changes, please contact me for a custom offer.
What exactly do I get with the Basic Package?
You will receive 5 fully parametric Mid-Century inspired Revit Families in Revit 2016 format. They are optimized, editable, and ready to use in your projects.
Can I request custom Revit families?
Custom families are not included in this gig. Please contact me for a custom offer if you need specific parametric elements.
Do the Revit families come with textures or materials?
Families include parametric geometry with basic materials applied; you can assign your own materials in your Revit model.
