About this gig
I will create and configure one contact form on your existing WordPress website using a suitable form plugin.
The $40 package includes up to 5 standard fields, required-field validation, an email notification to one recipient, a confirmation message, mobile-friendly styling and a test submission. Delivery: 2 days. One revision within the agreed scope is included.
Examples of fields: name, email, phone, subject and message. Please send your website URL and field list before ordering so I can check compatibility.
You provide the field labels, notification recipient, final wording and temporary project access. A current backup or staging copy must be available.
Email sending depends on your hosting and mail provider. If an authenticated mail service is required, you provide the account and any subscription. DNS repair and server administration are outside this package.
No payment forms, file uploads, sensitive-data collection, multi-step forms, CRM integrations or custom automation. Paid plugins and service fees are not included.
