I do not provide architectural or engineering services—you must provide the floor plans or 3D models. Also, complex landscape design (specific rare plants) or interior furniture selection is not included unless we discuss it separately as a custom extra.

Every package includes revisions. If you need to tweak materials or camera angles, I’ll fix it quickly. However, major changes to the building's structure after the 3D model is finished may require an additional fee.

Yes. I can add royalty-free background music that matches the mood of your project. For premium projects, I can also add "ambient sounds" (like wind or birds) to make the walkthrough feel even more immersive.

I deliver the final video in Full HD (1080p) or 4K, depending on your package. 4K is highly recommended for large presentations or high-end website backgrounds to ensure the best possible quality.
