What types of interiors can you design?
I specialize in functional, structured interiors such as logbooks, trackers, maintenance and service records, inspection forms, inventory records, expense trackers, checklists, and other record-keeping books. If you are unsure whether your idea fits this service, please contact me before ordering.
What counts as one structured layout?
One structured layout is one distinct page design, such as a maintenance record, expense tracker, inspection checklist, or inventory record. Repeating the same layout throughout the finished book does not count as additional unique layouts.
What is the difference between layouts and total interior pages?
Layouts are the unique page designs I create. Interior pages are the total pages in your finished PDF and may repeat those layouts. For example, a 100-page logbook could contain 5 unique layouts repeated throughout the book.
What types of designs are not included?
This Gig focuses on functional, structured interiors. Highly decorative planners, illustration-heavy books, activity books, complex worksheets, and extensive graphic design are not included by default and may require a custom quote or fall outside this service.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers reasonable changes to an existing layout, such as text, labels, spacing, field placement, or minor formatting adjustments. It does not include replacing the original concept with a completely new interior or adding new unique layouts.
What are additional interior pages?
Additional interior pages use layouts already created for your project. They do not include additional unique page designs. New structured layouts can be purchased separately or quoted based on complexity.
Will my interior be ready for Amazon KDP?
I will prepare your interior according to your selected trim size and provide a print-ready PDF. However, I cannot guarantee Amazon KDP approval because final acceptance and compliance decisions are determined by Amazon.
Do you design book covers or provide editable source files?
Cover design is not included in this Gig. The standard deliverable is a print-ready PDF. If you require an editable source file or another file type, please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.
Can I send examples or reference designs?
Yes. You can provide examples, sketches, or references to show the function and style you want. I will use them as guidance while creating an original layout rather than directly copying another creator's work.
Do you use AI-assisted tools?
I may use AI-assisted tools during planning or parts of my workflow for efficiency. Every project is personally reviewed, customized, refined, and quality-checked before delivery. I do not deliver unreviewed AI-generated output.
