Do I need to already have a Notion account?
Yes — you'll need a free or paid Notion account for me to build in. If you don't have one yet, I can guide you through setting it up before we start.
What if I don't have an existing database to work from?
No problem. Basic assumes you have something to reorganise, but if you're starting from zero, Standard or Premium are a better fit since they include building a full system from scratch.
Will you teach me how to use the system after it's built?
Yes — every package includes a Loom video walkthrough explaining exactly how everything works. Prefer live instead? A Zoom walkthrough is available as an add-on.
What info do you need from me before you start?
A short overview of how you currently work — your existing tools, what's not working, and what you want the end result to look like. I'll ask specific questions after you order.
Can you build automations that connect Notion to other tools (like Zapier or Google Calendar)?
Not currently — my builds use Notion's native formulas, relations, and rollups. If you need outside-tool integrations, let's chat before ordering to confirm it's something I can support.
