Absolutely! I will patiently guide you through every step — including unboxing, wiring, and setup. You don’t need any technical background.
Do I need any tools for the physical setup?
Sometimes, yes. Depending on your NAS model, you may need basic tools (like a screwdriver) for mounting hard drives, which are not included in the NAS box. I’ll let you know in advance if anything is required.
What is your refund policy?
