For orders at $495 or higher, I require a brief message exchange to confirm scope before accepting. Not a sales call — just confirming we both agree on what's being built. This catches scope mismatches before work starts, which is the most common cause of failed cloud engagements.

Every Standard and Premium delivery includes an acceptance checklist written against your requirements. I run it myself first, then walk you through it on a call. The order is not delivered until you have confirmed each item. Finding problems after handover is not your job.
