Under $2K a month of cloud spend, start with the bill scan. Between $2K and $20K, the audit gives you a ranked plan your team can execute. Above that, or if nobody internally has time, take the implementation tier and I make the changes myself.

Every audit and implementation delivery includes an acceptance checklist written against your requirements. I run it myself first, then walk you through it on a call. The order is not delivered until you have confirmed each item. Finding problems after handover is not your job.
