FAQ
Are the testers real people?
Yes—each tester is an active Google account with real usage history (no bots or emulators).
Will testers leave Play Store reviews?
Closed‑track reviews aren’t public, but I include instructions so testers can post feedback in the “Feedback” tab or via email.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely—send yours or ask for my standard mutual NDA.
What if I need troubleshooting help?
I’m available on chat until all testers are enrolled and your first build is live.
Can I get user feedback directly from testers?
Yes, basic user feedback can be provided during the testing period. Our testers interact with your app naturally and can share general usability feedback, issues, and suggestions if required.
What is your reporting timeline during testing?
Our testing runs for a continuous 14-day period, and we ensure consistent activity throughout. ✔ Testers are active daily ✔ Progress is maintained across the full duration ✔ You can request updates anytime during the process
