Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Message me on Fiverr with the issue, error screenshots and relevant plugin/theme names. We will confirm whether it fits the package and agree the expected outcome before you order.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a specific reproducible problem with an agreed outcome, such as a shipping method not appearing. Multiple unrelated problems count separately. Each package covers one website; major development work requires a separate agreed scope.
What access will you need?
A temporary WordPress account may be needed; staging or hosting access only when essential. Share required access through the Fiverr order requirements, never publicly. Do not send bank logins, card details or unrelated credentials. Remove temporary access after completion.
How do you protect my live store?
We will confirm a current backup and use staging where available. Changes and any testing that could affect live orders must be agreed first. Payment testing uses test mode where possible; I will not place live charges without authorization.
What do revisions include?
Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2. Revisions are adjustments to the original agreed work. New issues, extra features, redesigns and problems caused by later third-party changes are outside that scope.
Can you fix every payment or speed problem?
I can troubleshoot website configuration and conflicts, but cannot guarantee bank approvals, payment-provider decisions or a speed score. If the cause needs a host or plugin vendor, I will document the findings and discuss next steps through Fiverr.
Are paid plugins and ongoing support included?
Paid licenses, hosting fees and ongoing maintenance are not included. You must supply valid licenses where needed. The delivery includes a summary of changes and relevant tests; continuing work requires a separate agreement on Fiverr.
Can we communicate in Arabic?
Yes. I can communicate in Arabic and English. Messages, project agreements, delivery and payments remain on Fiverr.
