I have 3 packages available with a 40 hours work week (can be adjusted for your job):

1. Inbound calls Basic- Billed per hour
2. Inbound calls Standard- Less than 10 calls per week
3. Inbound calls Premium- More than 10 calls but less than 50 calls per week
