Is the first session 80 min?
No, the 30 min free consultation is a phone or video call PRIOR to the actual session. If more convenient I can send you a questionnaire to fill out instead.
Do I need any equipment?
Just a workout mat, everything else is not essential but a bonus to give me a chance to make your workouts even more fun
Do you teach Classical Pilates?
I am classical Pilates trained and I believe in the classical principles. Having said that, I appreciate some clients have different preferences so I offer a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates depending on what you prefer
What levels do you teach?
From complete beginners to higher intermediate
Do you teach in person?
Yes, I'm based in central London
