My Portfolio
FAQ
Can you guarantee that third-party platforms will never fail?
I build and test workflows carefully, including error handling where appropriate. However, platform outages, expired API keys, changed app permissions, and subscription limits can affect any automation. I will identify these risks and make the workflow as reliable as possible.
Will you explain how the workflow works after delivery?
Yes. I will provide a clear walkthrough of the completed automation so you understand the trigger, workflow steps, connected tools, and any actions needed from your side.
Can you integrate my CRM and lead follow-up system?
Yes. I can connect your lead sources to CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, and more then automate notifications, tagging, assignment, follow-up emails, SMS, and pipeline updates.
Can you build AI agents with OpenAI, Claude, or Vapi?
Yes. I can create AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, customer support, email or SMS responses, data extraction, smart routing, content processing, voice workflows, and other use cases based on your business logic.
Do I need to provide access to my tools?
Yes. Depending on the project, I may need collaborator access or API credentials for platforms such as n8n, Make.com, your CRM, Google Workspace, OpenAI, Airtable, or other connected apps. Please do not share passwords; use secure collaborator access or API keys where possible.
Can you fix an existing Make.com or n8n workflow?
Yes. I can troubleshoot broken scenarios and workflows, resolve API or webhook errors, correct filters and logic, prevent duplicate actions, and improve reliability.
What information do you need before starting my automation?
Please share your goal, a simple outline of the current process, the tools involved, and what should happen automatically. Screenshots, workflow diagrams, sample data, or a short screen recording are also helpful.
