Will I lose content or design?
No. I remove injected code, not your pages. A full backup is taken before I touch anything, so nothing is lost even in the worst case.
Why did this happen to my site?
Nearly always an outdated plugin or a reused password. I find the entry point and tell you exactly which one it was, so it does not repeat next month.
