What information do you need to get started?
We need your hosting/cPanel or WordPress admin access, any brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), content or copy for the pages, and 2–3 reference websites that reflect your design preferences. If you do not have hosting yet, we can guide you through selecting one before the order starts.
What does a "revision" include?
A revision covers adjustments to layout, colors, typography, content placement, and minor functional changes within the original agreed scope. Adding new pages, features, or integrations not in the original brief falls outside revision scope and is quoted separately.
Will I receive the source files and full ownership of the site?
Yes. On delivery you receive full access to the WordPress installation, all theme files, and any custom code written for your project. You own everything — we do not retain any licensing rights to your site.
Can you work on a site already live without taking it down?
Yes. For live site work we set up a staging environment, complete all development and testing there, and only push to live after your approval. This eliminates downtime and visitor disruption.
My project is more complex than the Premium package — can you handle it?
Yes. Message us with your full scope before ordering. We regularly deliver multi-vendor marketplaces, LMS platforms, SaaS-integrated sites, and enterprise WordPress builds. We provide a custom quote and milestone plan for anything beyond the standard packages.
What if my project requires more features than your package includes?
No problem. Send me your requirements before placing an order. I will review the scope and provide a custom offer that matches your project, whether it involves WooCommerce, custom functionality, API integrations, or advanced features.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery?
