Can you scrape all websites?
Some websites implement some mechanisms to prevent scraping (captcha, limit the number of requests, ...). If it is the case, I will check the website before the accepting the order and I will let you know that I cannot proceed with the order.
Do you develop for Windows?
For Python web scraping yes but no for C/C++ development. I am developing and testing on Ubuntu (code in standard C/C++ so compatible with any Unix/Linux system). I can also test Python programs on Windows.
