Each page is typed manually with attention to detail. Optional add-ons include handwritten pages, matching original formatting, and tables, headers, or footers.

Pricing assumes clear, readable scanned documents. Extremely poor-quality scans that cannot be accurately read may not be processed. Handwritten pages are accepted for an additional fee.

What types of projects do you handle?
I provide bulk Excel data entry and scanned document typing into Microsoft Word. Each service is structured and priced separately using defined units: rows for Excel and pages for Word.
Can Word and Excel work be combined in one order?
No. Each order must be one service type only. Excel and Word projects must be placed as separate orders.
Do you work with handwritten documents?
For Word projects only, handwritten pages are accepted as an add-on at $1.00 per page (minimum $50). Document must be legible.
What formatting services are included?
For Word projects, I offer matching original formatting, including tables, headers, and footers that already exist in the original documents. Additional formatting services are provided at an additional cost.
What if my files are unclear or poorly scanned?
Clear, readable source files are required. If documents are poor-quality or not readable, I will not be able to complete the project.
Do you offer proofreading?
Standard accuracy checks are included for both services. Proofreading or editorial review is not provided.
What are your delivery timelines?
All delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. Word Projects (Scanned Pages → Word): Up to 100 pages → 5 business days Up to 300 pages → 7 business days Up to 500 pages → 14 business days
How should I prepare my files before sending?
Please provide complete, organized, and readable source files. Accepted formats include PDF, text, and clear scanned documents. Poor-quality scans may not be usable.
Do you accept ongoing or recurring projects?
Yes. I support ongoing and repeat bulk projects within the defined scope and pricing structure.
