My script is longer than 50 words, how do I add the additional word count?
It's easy! Just type in your word count in the space provided at the very bottom of the package you choose. Fiverr will automatically add the price for you.
How do I add a gig extra?
Once you choose your package and click the green "select" button at the bottom, you will be automatically directed to the next page where all of the gig extras are displayed for you to add as you choose.
Do your videos come with unlimited usage?
My videos are for "personal promotion", and I retain ultimate control over them. If you want ownership of your video or to show it on TV or in a movie, you will need to purchase Commercialization and Broadcast Rights.
What is your revision policy?
Revisions are only provided if I make a mistake. Please send pronunciations for unusual names/words. Space is provided for special requests on the order. All my videos are consistent in style, I will not reshoot for personal taste or mistakes I am not responsible for. See portfolio for samples :)
What are the guidelines?
NO mature/adult content (bad language, drugs, sexual innuendo). No political topics, party/candidate endorsements. NO SCAMS. Scripts should be comprehensible & NOT designed to intentionally ridicule the talent. Violations post-delivery result in loss of copyright & legal action. No testimonials.
Do you do same-day deliveries?
Yes! You must contact me before 1PM PST to make sure I have the time; the delivery fee is $150
What's the best way to provide you with pronunciations of hard or unusual words?
A voice recording from you is best, you can easily do that with the voice recorder on your phone or computer. Or sites like dictionary.com, forvo.com, dictionary.cambridge.org, will work too. Just make sure to be specific which pronunciation you want me to use, as oftentimes there are multiple.
You have a lot of orders in your queue. Can you still spend the needed time on mine?
Of course! I have been doing this for a long time and have a team who helps me with it all. We treat every order as if it's our only order and give it all the attention it needs and deserves :)
Can you write my script?
Due to a high volume of orders, I do not write scripts at this time. However, I'd be happy to point you in the direction of scriptwriters I've worked with before that do great work!
