FAQ
Which HubSpot plan do I need?
Tell me how your team works and I'll recommend the lowest plan that covers it. I'll also point out which features would push you to a higher tier, so you can decide before you buy anything.
Can you get HubSpot's onboarding fee waived?
Often, yes. If you haven't bought HubSpot yet, message me first. I'll handle your onboarding and check whether HubSpot's onboarding fee can be waived for your purchase.
How do I give you access to HubSpot?
After you order, add me as a user in your portal (Settings > Users & Teams). Super Admin is easiest. Please don't send passwords in messages. You can remove my access when the work is done.
Can you fix a setup someone else started?
Yes. I start by reviewing your portal: duplicate properties, broken workflows, messy pipelines and sync errors. You get a short list of what to keep, fix and remove before I change anything.
Do you build custom integrations?
Yes. Recent projects connect HubSpot to NetSuite, ServiceTrade, Shopify, Klaviyo, Stripe and WhatsApp, using native apps, Zapier, Make or custom code on the HubSpot API (private apps, webhooks, JavaScript or Python). If a native app or Zapier can do the job for less, I'll tell you.
Can you build an AI chatbot in HubSpot?
Yes. I set up HubSpot's customer agent, trained on your website and help content, with handoff to your team. Advanced chatbot builds are a gig extra because the scope varies a lot.
Can you migrate data from another CRM?
Yes: Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday and spreadsheets. I map the fields, clean duplicates and test a sample import before the full one.
Is training included?
Standard and Premium include a recorded walkthrough call. Basic doesn't, but you can add a training session as an extra.
What happens after delivery?
You get a delivery note listing everything I built and how it works. If something doesn't work as agreed, I fix it. For ongoing help you can use a monthly subscription on this gig.
