Yes! Unlimited revisions are included during the active order. I’ll refine the website based on your feedback until you’re satisfied. Please note that free revisions apply only before the order is completed.

Absolutely! You’ll receive 180 days of free post-launch support after your website goes live. I’ll help with eligible website-related issues and ensure everything continues working smoothly.

5. Can we have a Zoom meeting before starting?

6. What happens after the 180-day free support period?
After 180 days, you can continue working with us for ongoing website management, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and technical support based on your requirements.

8. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before order completion. For auto-completed orders, refunds are available within 3 weeks, However, revisions/changes cam ne requested for up to 90 days after auto completion; afterward, no revisions or refunds are available for such order.
9. Could you please explain the $240 "Ultimate Custom Website" Package?
Yes! If you need a website with more than 8 pages, this package starts at 8 pages and can be customized with additional pages, plugins, eCommerce, custom features, integrations, and more. Scope and pricing depend on your needs. We can discuss it further in chat or on a Zoom meeting.
