FAQ
How long until the Google warning and spam results disappear?
The cleanup itself is done within the delivery time. Google's review of the hacked-site warning usually takes a few days, and spam pages drop out of search results over the following weeks as Google recrawls your site. I guide you through it.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin, hosting or cPanel (or FTP/SFTP) access, and Google Search Console access for the Standard and Premium packages. You can change all passwords after delivery.
Will the hack come back?
Re-infection usually happens when a backdoor is left behind. The Premium package includes a full malware scan, backdoor removal and hardening to close the hole, plus 30 days of support if anything returns.
