What documents do you need to start?
Please provide a reconciled trial balance in Excel, the reporting period and relevant supporting schedules. Depending on your package, I may also need opening balances, prior-period statements, inventory, fixed asset and loan schedules.
What is included in each package?
Basic includes one P&L report. Standard includes a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Premium adds a statement of changes in equity and a management report with variance commentary. Each package covers one entity and one reporting period.
Do the packages include a complete set of IFRS financial statements?
Packages include only the listed reports. A complete IFRS set also requires appropriate comparative information, accounting policies and disclosure notes. Contact me before ordering for a custom offer covering these requirements.
Does this service include bookkeeping, tax filing or an audit?
These packages cover financial statement preparation and management reporting from reconciled records. Bookkeeping cleanup, tax filings, statutory audits, audit opinions and assurance services are outside the package scope.
What will the management report include?
The Premium management report summarizes financial performance, key ratios and significant movements. Variance commentary can compare actual results with your budget or a prior period when you provide suitable comparison data. Reports are delivered in Excel and PDF.
