How it goes. You send the site address, a WordPress admin login, and what you were doing when it broke. I take a backup before I touch anything, work on a staging copy when the site is live, and send it back with one line on what it was and how to keep it from happening again.
I don't change anything outside the job without asking first. If it turns out to be something I can't fix, I tell you on day one instead of sitting on it.

I don't know what broke. Can you still help?
Yes, that's most of the work. Send me the site address and a login and I'll find it. If there's an error on screen, a screenshot of it saves me an hour.
Do you need my login?
A WordPress admin account, yes. If the site won't load at all, I'll also need the hosting or cPanel login, because the fix is in the files or the database at that point.
My site is live. Will visitors see it broken while you work?
No. On a live site I work on a staging copy where the host gives me one, and push the fix across when it's tested. Where there's no staging, I take a full backup first.
How fast is fast?
One Fix is a day. Most single errors are done the same day I get the login. Bigger lists take the two or three days on the package.
What if the same thing comes back?
Tell me inside the revision window and I'll look again at no charge. If it's a different problem I'll say so rather than quietly bill you for it.
Do you work on Elementor Pro and WooCommerce sites?
Yes, both, and Divi, WPBakery, Astra and plain Gutenberg as well.
