It depends on your budget and complexity. n8n is most powerful and cheapest to run at scale, Zapier is simplest. I will recommend the right one free of charge before you order.
Do I need my own n8n account?
I can set everything up on your selfhosted or cloud n8n instance or set up a new one for you and hand over full ownership. You own everything.
Can the automation use AI like ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Standard and Premium include AI agent logic automations that summarize, classify, write replies and make decisions.
What do you need from me to start?
