I will be your accountability partner and life coach

For every resolve, there is always resistance to its fulfillment.

That is why it is important to have an Accountability Partner because life gets in the way of creating and living your best life and so we must be greater than the resistance.

The Creation Formula: Desire + Will (aligned action) > Resistance = Fulfillment

Accountability Partnership minimizes resistance by helping you stay motivated, committed increasing pressure to perform for not just you but your partner who expects it and is a brainstorm of ideas and insights you would not have gotten on your own.

• The basics: We will create 2-3 accountability statements using the S.M.A.R.T. formula: Establishing Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant (why you are doing this in a broader sense), and time-bound goal statements that are most effective in achieving your goal. 

• In follow-up I will ensure you are on track, identify resistance, assess progress or setbacks, celebrate the small victories, adapt to changes, while providing positive support.

This will be our agreement which I will support you on and hold you accountable for your actions and progress throughout the week and until you reach your goal.
