No, all types of service related fee included in Premium Package and you will not get any additional service charge.
What type of GOV fee I have to pay?
There is a filing fee $250 and in some cases where you file the application and wishes to provide the proof of use in future, (means you are not using trademark in commerce and you plan to use in future) you will be charged with additional gov fee of $100 at the time of filling SOU.
