FAQ
What files do you need from me to get started?
A clear image, PDF, or DWG of your existing floor plan is ideal. You can also send sketches with measurements. The clearer your input, the better the result.
What modifications can you do?
I can reposition rooms, open or close spaces, improve circulation, convert layouts for Airbnb or real estate use, and reflect renovations or extensions. Let me know your goals!
Will I get editable files (like DWG or DXF)?
Yes! Editable CAD files are included in Standard and Premium packages. If you need them with Basic, let me know and we can upgrade.
Do you offer design suggestions or just modify?
Absolutely! I don’t just modify — I offer layout suggestions based on function, aesthetics, and property goals. I help you make the best use of your space.
What if I need revisions?
All packages include revisions. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’m happy to refine the design until it fits your vision.
