I will design 3d cad models for 3d printing and prototyping

About this gig
Need clean, production-ready 3D CAD models that print flawlessly without slicing errors?
Im Abdulrehman, a 3D CAD designer specializing in additive manufacturing and product visualization. I turn rough sketches, reference photos, or 2D technical drawings into precision 3D models engineered specifically for real-world 3D printing (FDM/SLA).
What I Deliver: Parametric 3D CAD modeling with clean topology Watertight STL, STEP, and 3MF files ready to slice Support-free and minimal-support geometry optimization Calibrated tolerances for snap-fits, threads, and modular joints High-resolution photorealistic product renders (KeyShot)
What I Can Design: Functional electronics enclosures, cases, and brackets Modular desktop organizers, trays, and functional decor Mechanical prototypes, replacement parts, and fittings Multi-part assemblies with verified clearances
Every file is verified for overhang limits, wall thickness, and print orientation before delivery to ensure zero failed prints.
Please message me before placing an order so we can discuss your project details and specifications!

FAQ
What files will I receive?
You will receive 3D print-ready watertight STL and 3MF files, universal manufacturing STEP files, and high-resolution render previews. Editable source files (SolidWorks) are included in the Premium tier or as an add-on.
Can you work from a rough hand sketch?
Yes. A hand-drawn sketch with approximate dimensions, reference photos, or an existing part you want modified is all that is required to begin.
How do you guarantee the model will 3D print without issues?
Every model is checked for non-manifold edges, self-intersecting faces, minimum wall thickness, and overhang angles (kept under 45° where possible for support-free printing).
What if the printed parts don't fit together?
Revisions are included. If standard 0.2 mm–0.3 mm FDM tolerances require slight calibration for your specific printer or filament shrinkage, adjustments are provided quickly.
