I will write, fix, or refactor terraform code for gcp and AWS

Need Terraform that works, is readable, and does not break on the next apply? I am a HashiCorp Terraform Associate with 10 years in cloud infrastructure, and I write Terraform every day for enterprise GCP and AWS environments.

What I can do:

• Write new Terraform modules for GCP or AWS resources
• Fix failing plans, state drift and provider or version errors
• Refactor copy-pasted code into reusable modules with variables and outputs
• Set up remote state (GCS or S3 with locking) and a clean folder structure
