Do you provide PE-stamped drawings?
Design and calculations are prepared by me; when a stamp is required, I coordinate review and stamping through licensed U.S. Professional Engineers. Message me with your project state for a stamping quote.
What do you need to get started?
Your project address (city + state — required for site-specific wind/seismic/snow loads), plus an architectural plan, hand sketch, or photos with rough dimensions. That's enough for me to confirm scope and start.
Which building codes do you design to?
IBC/CBC (2022/2025 cycles), ASCE 7-16 and 7-22, NDS and SDPWS for wood, and ACI 318 for concrete. I match the code cycle your jurisdiction currently enforces.
My city rejected my plans — can you help with corrections?
Yes — plan check responses are one of my core specialties. Send me the correction letter and your current plans, and I'll prepare revised calcs, redlines, and a point-by-point response for resubmittal.
Do you include drafting?
Standard and Premium packages include annotated PDF layouts. Full CAD sheets (DXF/DWG) are available as a gig extra, or I can mark up your drafter's sheets.
How do revisions work?
Every package includes at least one revision round within the original scope. Scope changes (added rooms, redesigns, different structural system) are quoted separately as extras.
