Do I need my own n8n?
Yes, either n8n Cloud or self-hosted. If you don't have one yet, I can help you set it up. Self-hosted n8n is free; n8n Cloud has a free trial.
Which apps can you connect?
Anything with an API or database: Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, Airtable, HubSpot, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server and most ERPs.
Can you connect to my ERP?
Yes, if it has an API, database access or scheduled exports. I work with ERP data every day (Epicor) and automate ERP-to-report and ERP-to-Sheets flows.
What do you need from me?
A step-by-step description of the process as you do it today, the apps involved, and access (API keys or a test account). I'll send a short checklist after you order.
Can you add AI to my workflow?
Yes: reading invoices and emails, classifying requests, summarising, drafting replies. AI usage (OpenAI, Claude) is billed to your own API account.
What if something breaks later?
Every workflow has error alerts, so you know right away. If something I built doesn't work as agreed, I'll fix it. Ongoing changes and support are available as a custom offer.
