Can you produce 3d animations?
Yes, I can create 3D animations (walkthroughs and flythroughs). I use two software: Lumion and 3ds Max with Corona Renderer. Lumion offers faster delivery and lower cost, but 3ds Max with Corona delivers higher quality animations. Please message me before ordering to discuss the details and pricing.
Can you create Virtual Reality Tours?
Yes, I can create Virtual Reality (VR) tours. These tours provide an immersive 360° experience and are compatible with VR headsets, mobile devices, and desktops. I use software like 3ds Max, Lumion, and specialized VR platforms to produce them.
What information you need to start the project?
I need detailed blueprints such as CAD drawings, PDF plans, or clear hand sketches. If the project involves design from scratch, I’ll also need the plot or interior space dimensions. But working from scanned JPG, PNG, hand-drawn sketches will take extra efforts so charges can differ
What will I receive with the final delivery?
You’ll receive high-resolution exterior renders (JPEG/PNG), and optionally the SketchUp (.skp) model file if included in your package or purchased as an extra.
Do you include landscaping and site details in the render?
Yes, basic landscaping (grass, trees, pavement, etc.) is included. For custom landscaping or complex site work, please message me for a custom offer.
Can I get multiple camera angles?
Yes! For additional views can be added as extras. Please check in the gig there is an option to get multiple views with minimum charges
Can I use the model for further editing or architectural work?
Yes, if you order the source file (SketchUp .skp), you’ll be able to edit or modify the model as needed.
Do you accept large-scale or multi-unit projects?
Yes! I can handle residential, commercial, or multi-unit developments. For large projects, please message me for a custom quote and timeline. I have a team, studio and high-end computers to work on large projects.
