Yes. I provide a clear and organized bug report containing the issue description, steps to reproduce, expected and actual results, severity/priority where applicable, and supporting screenshots or screen recordings.
Can you provide screenshots and screen recordings of bugs?
Yes. I can provide annotated screenshots and screen recordings to make it easier for your developers to understand and reproduce reported issues.
Can you retest bugs after they are fixed?
Yes. I offer revisions and can retest reported issues within the original testing scope after fixes are implemented.
How long does the testing take?
Depending on the package and application size, testing can take approximately 3–7 days. For larger or complex applications, please contact me first so we can discuss the scope and timeline.
Do you provide security or penetration testing?
No. My service focuses on manual QA and functional testing. I do not provide professional penetration testing, vulnerability assessments or specialized security audits.

Yes, depending on the device/browser available to me. Please mention your required device, OS version or browser before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.

Yes. You can provide a test build, staging environment, test account or other required access. Please provide clear instructions and credentials if necessary.
