I will professionally design house 3d exterior, interior and plans

I don’t charge for rendering separate until the client wants a very detail and realistic Render.

I offer detail modeling and rendering with all construction drawings and limited drawing services to construct a building.

You’ll get renderings from all direction if you have paid for whole room

I charge different for different render quality. The more photorealistic render the more I charge the client.

I charge it as per covered area and the values is different on service you’ll take. We offer Architecture , Interior , Electrical Points , Plumbing Points and Structure Drawings. We hire Consultant for Structure.

I do give refund when I didn’t meet the client expectation . If order is placed without contacting me first then I don’t give refund.

We can make 3d floorplans and render it. We charge it per sft or sqm.

I don’t make structure drawings but we can hire a structure engineer together and do coordination of your project and get drawings from him.

I do render plans on Photoshop with high quality and even do manual Rendering. I have strong grip on making presentable plan.

I only offer limited engineering drawings. Like electrical, plumbing and hvac points.
