3D modeling in Revit for your structural design
LOD 300
Deliverables:
- 3D Revit model of the entire structural system
- 2D documentation adapted to the complexity of the project. Includes: foundation structural plans, column and wall structural plans, structural slab plans, roof structure plans, sections detailing the structure, structural details, and reinforcement bar (rebar) details.
- Quantity takeoff for all structural elements
- Structural axonometry
Requirements:
- Hand sketches of the structural design or documents detailing the structural design (e.g., PDF or CAD plans)
NOTE:
- 1This service focuses on modeling only, and I will not provide structural design or calculations. You will need to supply the required documents to ensure an accurate model.
- All documentation will be presented as required by the client.
