What do you need to begin?
Please send a measured site plan or sketch, current photos, location, preferred style, desired features and budget. Mark existing structures, access points and anything that must remain.
Can you work from photos alone?
Photos help establish appearance, but reliable measurements are needed for a proportionate layout. A hand-drawn sketch with dimensions is acceptable.
Do you design the pool and outdoor kitchen?
I provide their conceptual appearance, placement and relationship to the surrounding space. Pool systems, structural design, plumbing, electrical and fabrication drawings are not included.
Can you render a design I already have?
Yes. Send your existing plan or model with the required views. I will confirm a rendering-only scope and price before ordering.
