What do you need to get started?
I need your 2D floor plans (PDF, DWG), hand sketches, or reference images. Also share any materials, colors, or style references you want me to follow.
Can I send a hand-drawn sketch instead of AutoCAD files?
Yes! A clear hand sketch with dimensions is perfectly fine. I can model from it and create professional 3D visuals.
What software do you use for 3D modeling and rendering?
I primarily use SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion and D5 Render for realistic 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
Will I get the source file of the model?
Source files (SKP, DWG, LME, .D5S) are included in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard, they can be added as an extra.
Do you offer architectural animation or walkthrough videos?
Yes! The Premium package includes a 30-second walkthrough animation in 4K/8K. You can also order it separately as a gig extra.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer revisions based on the package. For any major changes, please contact me before placing the order to align expectations.
Do you design from scratch or only model existing plans?
I do both! If you have no plans yet, I can design based on your ideas or sketches. Just message me with your requirements before ordering.
