I will create the 2D top plan with all dimensions needed and 3D realistic renders of the new look.

Since each job has its own particulars and requirements each order will be customized depending on the complexity of the project.

The information provided by the client in most cases should include the top plan or google location of the property and actual pictures. You may include reference pictures of the style you like so I can take in consideration while working on your project.
