I am Arvin, an architect offering 3d modeling and interior rendering services to visualize your bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, office, etc.

I provide artistic/realistic images of the space I am given.

My workflow goes:

1. Discuss the project with the client. In this step, I find out what is to be shown such as the space's look, its materials, furniture preferences, reference images, etc.
2. Find the view or scene in SketchUp and confirm with the client.
3. I set materials, place vegetation, furniture, and fixtures and make adjustments to produce the best image I can.
4. I render the image and then make sure everything turns out as intended.
5. Post-processing to add entourage, adjust lighting, and add visual effects as needed.
6. Show the client for critique and possible minor revisions.

I will need:

1. Plans and Elevation Drawings and/or sketches - to understand what the spaces are.
2. Furniture/Fixture Preferences - the main content of the space.
3. Material Assignments - to know which materials go where.
