FAQ
What file formats do you accept for the 3D model?
I mainly work with SketchUp (.skp) files. If you have plans or a model in another format (DWG, etc.), let me know before ordering — I can also model it for you as an add-on
Does my model need to include furniture?
For Basic and Standard packages, yes — please make sure your model includes furniture and decor. If your model is empty, I recommend the Premium package, which includes furniture staging.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Additional revisions can be purchased separately
Do you provide the source file (SketchUp/V-Ray scene)?
The source file is not included by default, but you can add it as an extra if you'd like full access to the working file
Can you model my space if I don't have a 3D model yet?
Yes! I offer 3D modeling from your plans or DWG as a Gig Extra. Just select it when placing your order
What rendering software do you use?
I work with V-Ray, Lumion and Enscape for photorealistic and real-time rendering, depending on the style you need
