What will you need from us to create an intro and outro
We will need - 1)- Your logo or graphic file - but please make sure it is in these formats .AI, .EPS or .PDF and have all elements layered. If you have .JPEG, .PNG, please send us a msg so we can check. 2)- Your social media links (Only required when you have purchased the outro)
Along with the intro, Do you create outro videos too ?
Absolutely. We create outro videos too. Don't forget to add outro as gig extra while placing your order.
What is Logo Parts Animation?
In Logo Parts Animation we animate each individual elements of your logo. It will enhance the overall look of the animation and video looks more detailed and appealing.
Do I need Source file of project and transparent background?
If you want to edit your project later or want to save the original files for future, you can purchase ''Source File'' as a gig extra. And ''Transparent Background'' is used when you want to change the background of your video or place your animation over any other video or footage.
Can I get a character, landscape or additional graphics in my animation ?
Yes, we can design a character, landscape or any additional graphics but it will have an additional cost. Please discuss before placing your order.
I am not sure if my logo is in the format you need. What should I do ?
Don’t worry, just send us a message and share the logo file you have. We will quickly review your logo file and let you know if it's ready to use.
What if I don't have any logo or graphics ? Do you create them in this gig too ?
Yes, we can create a logo or graphics for you but it is not included in any of the packages of this gig. Send us a message before placing your order and we will send you a separate offer for your design. Once you have a logo or graphic done, you can directly order this gig.
What are the options for background music ?
We have a huge music library. You can visit our library and select any music you like. All of our music is copyright free. And if you want you can send us your music too, but beware of any copyright issues with the music file you provide.
Is all of your content copyright free ?
Yes! Once your order is completed, all of our content including music, graphic and animation is completely copyright free.
Is sound effects included with the background music ?
Background music is included in all 3 packages but Sound effect is only included in our ULTIMATE and PRO package. It is not included in the ESSENTIAL package.
