I'm a specialized video essay editor not a generic youtube video editor who also does vlogs, shorts and weddings. Video essay editing is all I do.
As a youtube editor focused exclusively on long form editing, I understand how to pace an argument, use B-roll without being distracting, and keep viewers watching till the end.
Most editors treat essays like highlight reels fast cuts, random zooms, flashy transitions. Your viewers are there for the ideas. The edit should serve that.
I can match any style cinematic similar to SunnyV2 or Moon, fast and punchy like Patrick CC, full anime video essays, or comedy and meme style similar to Degenorocity.

I focus on video essays because it's the content I actually watch — SunnyV2, Moon, Patrick CC, Lemmino, anime philosophy channels. I'm in that world as a viewer, not just an editor. That makes a real difference when it comes to pacing, tone and keeping someone watching till the end.
Most editors take any job. I stick to long-form YouTube because that's where the work actually matters.
FAQ
Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes please. Especially if your video is longer than what a package covers, or if it's a more complex edit. Takes 2 minutes and saves a lot of back and forth later.
Can you match my editing style?
Yes. Send me a reference video or a channel you want to sound like and I'll work from that. I can do cinematic and slow-paced, fast and punchy, anime-style, comedy and meme-heavy — whatever fits your content.
My video isn't technically a video essay — can you still edit it?
Depends on the format. I mainly work with long-form YouTube content so if it's commentary, analysis, or any structured talking-head style video, message me and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
How does the package length work?
The packages are based on the final video's running time — 5, 10, or 15 minutes. If your video runs longer or needs more complex editing than a package covers, message me before ordering and I'll send a custom offer.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your raw footage, any B-roll or clips you want included, music preferences if you have them, a reference video for style, and a rough brief or script. The more context you give me upfront the better the edit comes out.
Can you edit like SunnyV2, Moon, Patrick Cc: etc?
Yes, just give me the style reference and I will try to match it as well as I can
Do you do revisions?
One revision is included in the Long Essay package. For other tiers revisions can be added as an extra. That said if something is clearly off from what was briefed I'll fix it regardless.
