Can you work from PDF or images of my floor plan?
No, I require a fully furnished SketchUp model for Basic, or an AutoCAD (.dwg) floor plan for Standard & Premium. PDFs or image-only plans are not accurate enough for modeling and rendering.
Is 3D modeling included in the Basic package?
No. Basic is for rendering only using a client-provided SketchUp model. 3D modeling is included in Standard and Premium packages.
Can you do spaces larger than 50 sqm?
Yes! The standard package covers up to 50 sqm. For additional area, you can purchase the Extra Area +25 sqm Gig Extra, or contact me for a custom offer for much larger projects.
Do you offer interior and exterior rendering?
Yes! I can create photorealistic interior and exterior renders for residential and commercial projects.
Can I request a walkthrough or animation?
Yes, walkthroughs are available as a Gig Extra. Delivery time and price depend on the length and complexity.
How many revisions are included?
