What makes you qualified to write my resume?
I have nearly 20 years of experience as a hiring manager and HR executive with Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Bank of America and American Honda Motor Company. I am a CPRW with a Master's in Human Resource Management (MHRM) and head my own personal branding agency.
What makes you different from others on this platform?
There are a lot of great resume writers on this platform but what makes me unique is my combination of real-world experience and professional training. Anyone can be a recruiter but few do it right. My in-depth process works one-on-one to deliver a branding package that gets results.
What does the process look like?
You will be asked to upload a resume/current job description during sign up. This is optional. You will also be directed to an intake survey to answer a few questions about your career history, success, and future goals. Then we will have an hour phone/zoom call to start your new resume!
What is included in the Pro Package?
A resume, custom cover letter, LinkedIn profile optimization, thank you letter TEMPLATE, Reference Page TEMPLATE, 1-60 minute career lab, and a 6-Month Huntr Pro Account (Job Search Tool).
Do I need a resume to hire you?
Nope! Although I ask for a resume/current job description, this is not required. In fact, I love working on resumes from scratch!
Are you limited to specific industries?
I am not! If you work in an industry that I am not familiar with, I will simply ask more questions to help better position you in the market. This should be rare though.
What is the difference in a CV and Resume?
A CV is used mostly in academia in the US but it is often an interchangeable term for those located in other parts of the world. What most Europeans call a CV, Americans call a resume.
What makes for a winning resume?
A winning resume shows potential employers what you are capable of doing for them. A winning resume focuses on career successes over job responsibilities. Together, we will create a winning resume that captures results, not tasks.
Do you use graphics and photos in your resumes?
Each service includes your pick from a resume template library that is customized to your liking. Some may include photos while others do not. If you are based in the US, that space will be styled with your initials.
