Do you guarantee appointments or signed locations?
No. I charge for calling time and dial attempts, not outcomes. Results vary by area, machine type and offer. Every number gets 2-3 attempts and you see notes on all of them. Sellers who promise guaranteed placements are the ones collecting refund disputes.
Do you provide the business list or do I?
I build it. I generate a targeted list of businesses in your area and send it to you for approval before I make a single call. If you already have a list you want worked, send it and I will call that instead at no extra cost.
Do you have your own dialer and US number?
Yes. I call using my own dialer covering the USA and Canada so there is nothing for you to set up or pay for. If you would rather I dial from your own number or CRM, tell me before ordering and I will use yours
What types of machines can you place?
Vending machines, ATMs, gumball machines, snack and drink machines, pizza vending machines, micro markets and most other automated machines. Tell me the machine type before ordering so I can tailor the script to it.
Do unanswered calls and voicemails count as calls?
Yes. Every attempt counts, including voicemails and no-answers. Basic covers 100 dial attempts, which typically reaches 40 to 60 businesses live, because not everyone picks up. You get notes on all 100 either way.
Will I get call recordings?
No. Recording calls without consent is illegal in many US states, so I do not record. You get written notes on every call instead: who I spoke to, what they said, their interest level and the next step.
What exactly is delivered at the end?
A spreadsheet with every business called, address, decision maker name, direct number, email where available, interest level and my notes. Interested locations are flagged at the top so you can act on them immediately.
Can you call outside the USA?
Yes, but international calling costs more than my standard rate. Message me before ordering with the country and I will send you an accurate custom offer rather than guess at it here.
Can I cancel if no locations are interested?
Once calls are made the work is delivered and the order cannot be cancelled, because you are paying for calling time. If the response is weak we will look at the script or the targeting together for the next round.
