No. I use cautious, record-based wording such as 'police said' or 'was charged', but I am not a lawyer. If the case involves living people, have your own counsel check the final script before you publish.

Who owns the script? Do I get credit?
You do. This is ghostwriting: after delivery you can publish the script under your name, and I will not reuse or share it.
How long is a script, and can you do a whole season?
About 150 spoken words equal one minute. Basic: up to 1,200 words (about 8 min). Standard: up to 2,800 (about 18 min). Premium: three scripts of up to 2,500 words each. Need 4 or more episodes? Message me first and I will send a custom offer.
Is there an example or template I can see first?
Yes. The gallery PDFs hold a fictional sample script and a sample source log, so you can judge the format and tone before ordering. I do not share client work.
What counts as a revision?
One round of changes to tone, order, wording or length for the agreed case. A different case, a new angle or new facts is a new order, so please send the full brief and sources first.
