Yes. The chatbot can be configured to use your business information, FAQs, website content, documents, or other approved knowledge sources so it can provide more relevant answers.
Do I need an OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or DeepSeek API key?
Usually, yes. The AI model requires an API account and API key. You can provide your existing API key, or I can guide you through the setup process.
Are AI API costs included in your Fiverr package?
No. API usage charges from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, or other AI providers are separate and are paid by the client.
