Can you provide stamped MEP drawings for city permit submission?
Yes! I collaborate with licensed U.S. Professional Engineers (PEs) who review and stamp MEP drawings as needed for permit approval. Please message me to confirm your state’s requirements.
What file formats do you deliver?
You will receive high-quality PDF drawings ready for submission. CAD (.dwg) or Revit (.rvt) files can also be shared upon request.
What do you need to start the project?
I’ll need your architectural floor plan (DWG), project address, and scope of work. Any existing utility or equipment info is helpful too.
