Do you also design the emails?
No. This gig focuses on email copywriting and creative strategy. Every email includes a detailed, block-by-block brief with layout suggestions, visual direction, and product placement instructions so your designer can bring it to life.
What is a designer brief?
A block-by-block outline for each email: section order, headline and copy per block, image and visual direction, product placement and CTA position. Your designer can build from it without guessing.
Which package should I choose?
Basic for one email (a sale, launch or newsletter). Standard for one 3-email campaign, e.g. launch, reminder, last call. Premium for 1–2 campaigns plus research and a short campaign plan.
Will you set up or send the emails in Klaviyo?
No. I deliver the complete email copy and creative briefs, ready for your team to implement. Klaviyo setup, email design, scheduling, and sending are not included in this service. But I can give you tips and advice.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store link, the offer and dates, the products to feature, and 2–3 past emails or a brand voice guide if you have them. The more you share, the closer the first draft lands.
Can you match my brand voice?
Yes. I study your site, product pages, reviews and past emails before writing. If you have a voice guide, send it. Revisions cover tone adjustments within the brief.
What counts as a revision?
Edits to the delivered copy and briefs within the original brief. A new offer, product, angle or campaign after work starts is a new order. Please send feedback in one consolidated message.
Do you write flows like welcome or abandoned cart?
This gig covers campaign emails. For flows, message me with what you need and I’ll send a custom offer.
Can you guarantee more sales or higher open rates?
No. Results depend on your list, offer, design, timing and deliverability. I can promise strategic, on-brand copy and briefs built to give each email a clear job.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI to support research and early ideas. Every angle, line and brief is chosen, written and edited by me, and nothing is delivered unreviewed.
